I just replaced my primary fermentation bucket (3 or 4yrs, it was from my original brew kit) because it had changed color.<BR/><BR/>I never really noticed any funky tastes, I just thought it was time. I am not sure how good I would be at detecting tastes like that.<BR/><BR/>A while back I was talking with a guy because I was thinking about moving to all glass...his recommendation was jut to keep with the buckets for the primary because they are only $10 per and will last you a few years.<BR/><BR/>One thing I do have to say about changing my bucket is that it was like changing my beer lines on my kegging system, it makes the whole experience feel more "clean."<BR/><BR/>Cheers.Travishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08293454329758079937noreply@blogger.com
